When ordering via UPS, it is important to understand that UPS 2nd Day Blue and UPS Three Day Select only come duiring the week and not on Saturday. The only UPS delivery that can come on a Saturday is UPS RED which requires an additional charge for this service and must be requested prior to actual shipment.
Keep in mind this is from the day of shipment, not from the day the order is placed.

For all U.S. orders within the forty-eight contiguous states, we ship UPS unless other arragements have been made prior to shipment.

For all Canadian orders, we ship U.S.P.S. [United State Parcel Service] unless other arragements have been made prior to shipment.

2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Mufflex Hemi Muffler /Exhaust
This is a do it yourself Muffler retrofit kit for the 2009-2010 Dodge 1500 Hemi truck. For Single Exhaust Only!!

Why change the complete cat-back when the factory single tailpipe system is already made of a 409 grade of stainless steel?

This muffler replacement kit fits 2009 Dodge Hemi 1500 trucks with the single tailpipe exit. This kit was designed to replace the factory restrictive muffler (see cutaway photo) with a straight through stainless steel design muffler.

It is a simple installation that can be done in a driveway without ANY welding required.The DODS14 has an aggressive tone out of the exit of the truck with noticeable interior sound levels.

The DODS18 has moderate tailpipe sound levels and and mild /mellow interior sound levels. [The resonator in the factory tailpipe is retained to achieve these sound levels.]

The DODS24 has a mild tailpipe sound levels just slightly higher than the factory output level of stock level-2.

As seen in photo's, the factory muffler is a torture chamber for exiting exhaust gasses compared to the straight through design we are selling.

These mufflers are made of 400 grade stainless steel with a lifetime factory warranty and the extension pipe is also Stainless Steel for a long service life.

Why pay a muffler shop to do a substandard job with steel "muffler" clamps and aluminized steel tube when you can install this Stainless muffler yourself ?

This is a direct replacement for the factory muffler. It comes with all of the hardware /clamps and installation instructions PLEASE indicate at checkout which muffler you want DODS14 , DODS18 or DODS24.

Before ordering, Please note the sound level chart below. Please make sure of the sound level you desire as Mufflex Performance Exhaust will not exchange your muffler because you do not like the sound level.
